Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

This training focuses on the methods and techniques required to practice and teach restorative yoga poses tailored to individual needs. The goal is to support troubled areas of the body, allowing for relaxation and self-regulation, which facilitates healing and restoration.

• Applying restorative postures and using props effectively.

Prerequisites:
• For certification: At least two years of yoga practice or ongoing/completion of a 200-hour teacher training.
• For non-certification participation: A minimum of two years of regular yoga practice.
